New shiny fishing tool is a bit disappointing

I got the new shiny fishing rod - but only the handle is actually glowing. Every other shiny fishing rod is glowing completely, including the stick. Is that an oversight? A bug? Is it supposed to be that lackluster despite having to almost complete the whole fishing log to get it..?

How many glowing rods are in the game now ?

Four. The 460, 780, and 1140 fish achievement rewards, and the relic.

I really hope they patch it so that the pole glows gold as well. It's disheartening to spend months catching those 1140 unique fish, only to find that the Skybuilder's Rod looks much better.

Looks like they fixed the glow.

I don't think this thread has anything to do with the fix. Most likely some japanese fishers did a bug report or something.
