Looking for a complete list of hard content

Hi. Some questions!

1) I did some Ext from ARR. Was really entertaining by the way. Are there any content without the "extreme" mention on their title which are equal difficulty?

2) this introduces my second question : Is there any complete list of hard content?

"Original Trial Name (Extreme)" and "The Minstrel's Ballad: Some Sensationalized Title" both indicate extreme trials.

Trials named "Original Trial Name (Extreme)" are typically unlocked somewhere near the original version's questgiver.

Trials named "The Minstrel's Ballad: Some Sensationalized Title" are unlocked through the Wandering Minstrel in Mor Dhona or Kugane, or his ShB counterpart in the Crystarium.
