GM Wyndallus feedback

After a long week of being frustrated with lack of serious and non-generic responses to reports of abuse from a player in the Mateus Novice Network, I got to have an actual conversation with this GM tonight who responded in a kind and courteous manner, resolving both of my support tickets in one fell swoop.

This is the only GM I've seen in all my time of playing this game that has actually improved my perception of the GM team, rather than worsen it. I find it hard to believe that this person was behind any scandal, they're the nicest GM I've ever seen: I actually felt like I was talking to a human being that was interested in resolving my issue, rather than an apathetic robot copy pasting "please blacklist this player".

I had to report a user for harassment and GM Wyndallus responded very quickly to my ticket. They were very friendly and explained in general terms the process for how it would be investigated after we were done talking, but without committing to any specific action. I feel satisfied and can rest easier tonight. This GM responded quickly and left a positive impression while treating me like an adult. I think the last time I talked with Wyndallus was about eight months ago, and I felt the same way then. Thank you.
