Unable to transfer to another server

Hello,

I tried many times transfering my current character to another server but the website always gives me the same error;

"An unexpected error has occurred-"

Any help?.

1. 90 days must pass after creating your character before you can transfer
2. 3 days must pass since your last transfer
3. destination server can't be full / locked
4. you cannot be logged in during transfer request
