So I can now send my bird into combat, so I wanted to set up my per hot bar. No matter what I try and I can NOT access it in any way to add buttons to it. Yes, it set to be a part of the cycle (that was how I got a few buttons on bar #10), but it never shows up there. AND on the subject, what is the best avenue of getting the least expensive greens for summoning him?
Do you mean your chocobo? Gyshal greens are the only option @ 200 gil each from NPCs. Chocobo also has no pet hotbar, you set it up from the companion menu to either freestyle, tank healer or dps spec. If you’re talking about thavnairan onions to rank it up past 10 you get those via gardening or from the market board.
You can't have direct control over the chocobo. The pet hotbar is only for ACN/SMN/SCH pets. You can drag the chocobo stances to a hatbar (from the companion menu) but that's it.
The Gysahl Greens used to summon your chocobo only cost 36g each and can be bought from vendors just about anywhere.
