i want to be different races on different jobs!

Not broken in the traditional sense, but yes, yes you do. A fantasia by the job is a significant limit, and would almost encourage the need to not fantasia back and forth since you'd already have sufficient variance from those jobs to account for your creativity. I, prior to the creation of my alts used to fantasia back and forth with appearances, and this outlined proposal pretty much gets rid of that.

I'd settle for being able to set glamour-specific hairstyles.

So everytime u change jobs u will automatic log out and have to log in again... naaa it's not gona fly.

this is more sensible reason though i don't think they will ever implement that.
when people asked for aesthetician in the first they just say go to the Source if u need to change the hairstyle

No.

Only because that means ether auto-buying fantasias on the set switch or being unable to switch if you don't own any fantasias.

And then imagen this: having to re-assign gear to sets and accidently overcharging your bank account and getting a charge-back that is a 1 way ticket to a perma-ban.

"Breaking" is not really the correct term for it and it's not really about "gaining an advantage".

Basically, what you are asking for is a method to change races for each class you play, but without needing to create an entirely new character for it. In a traditional MMO (like WoW and Guild Wars), you would only be able to level 1 class on a character and have to create a new character if you want to play as a different class. FFXIV was build on the foundation where you would only have to create 1 character and be able to play all classes on that same character, so that you don't have to create multiple characters and go through the MSQ over and over again.

If you want to play as a different race or gender for another class, you would still have to create a new character, like with the more traditional MMO's. However, based on the type of subscription you have, you can only create a limited amount of characters on a single datacenter and account. But, since you can level all classes on 1 character, you wouldn't need to have multiple characters to get to play all of the classes available within the game.

With fantasia's you're able to switch the race and gender of a character, but it's meant as a permanent makeover for your character. Not something you can use a glamour / transmog you can switch on the go, whenever you feel like it, just by switching classes. If we're honest here, the chances that SE will be implementing such a feature, will be practically non-existent. It just won't be "worth the effort" to implement it (from both a design and a technical perspective), if you can simply create a new character or settle with 1 character where you unlock all of the classes and level them.

Personally, if you are quite set on playing classes on different characters, i would advise you to create a new character for that. But, at the same time i'd advise you to reconsider (due to the amount of content you would have to go through again). The way the game is set up is not meant for the type feature you're requesting.
