Graphical error with "Eastern Lady Errant's Skirt"

Steps:
1. As a Viera, Au Ra or Miqote (these are the only races I have tried), equip "Eastern lady errant's skirt"
2. Equip "Hraesvelgr boots" or "High summoner's boots" or any other boots in that height that doesn't extend far up the leg (just below the knee)

There are holes in both legs on the calf right above the boots, meaning you can see directly through the character's legs. This only happens with the "Eastern lady errant's skirt" equipped.
