Long-time offline characters don't show job levels in search info from FC

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Date & Time: 04:10 - 16-MAR-21
World name: Siren
Character name: Arkevorkhat Caelras
Steps:
1. find a character in your free company who has been offline for more than 30 days
2. check their search info
3. note that they are shown as having no levels in any jobs (class levels still present)

(Particular case in question, I looked up a friend of mine, a B. Anderslam, and while I know for a fact they have the Paladin and Astrologian jobs unlocked, they're shown as hyphens, denoting that those jobs have not been unlocked.)

It should be noted that this bug is widely used to identify people who are inactive in linkshells, which is important for keeping hunt linkshells active, because linkshells have no proper way to identify inactivity.

IS this a bug?
I thought that info in the job search box wasn't accessed, but sat in the game's memory for awhile before it was dumped.

Not for a while, but rather until the next maintenance, which can be over a month.
