Bug: Dynasty Crown cannot be put in the Armoire

The achievement reward item Dynasty Crown needs to be made Armoire compatible like all other Achievement crowns. The lack of the Armoire tag on the item is a clear oversight. This issue has been brought up before years ago but someone mistakenly decided to move the bug report to "Working as intended" despite it clearly being a case of developer oversight.

Items like this that are not able to be put in the Armoire are available from the Calamity Salvager instead. It's not an oversight, and would only be so if it wasn't sold by the Calamity Salvager instead, which according to the lodestone it is.

It was moved to "Working as intended" because it is.
