Mogstation Deliveries are insanely SLOW

Is it just me or is it taking excessive amounts of time lately to receive items you've purchased on mogstation?

Yesterday, I had this issue where it took nearly 2hours to receive the Mheg Deaca set after purchasing...
Now I'm sitting here today waiting over an hour so far for a fantasia I ordered...
What's going on...?

The Mogstation has a message saying it can take up to a few days to receive your items in game.
I've never gotten something faster than overnight.
Nothing unusual is happening to you.

Mogstation has always had that message. However, in my past experience, its never taken more than 10 minutes to receive anything. Though admittedly I hadnt bought mogstation items in several months. So, yes to me, that's become quite a long wait for something that's digitally bought and sold.
If you bought a digital game online would you expect to receive it a few days later? I'd think not! I'd file a claim or demand it be refunded at that point. Which is kind of the point of buying games (and DLC content, etc); its instant access to content.
I get that this is just random cosmetic items most of the time, but what about those buying story or job skips? That can quite literally ruin a players' experience when they just want to jump into the game and play with their friend. (and yes, this actually happened two nights ago to someone I know, because I bought them a story skip and it took them over 3 hours to get it after entering the gift code)

Mogstation deliveries slowed down after they switched to the new store. It's been running about 2 hours since then though it will be slower on days that sales start or new items get added.

It's not a big deal. They're optional items and they do get delivered, usually much faster than the stated time frame.

Bought something today and it came within a few minutes, bought the motorcycle last week and it took over 12 hours. It’s just random I suppose. This was with me clicking the deliver now option noodles have and logging off and on.

I buy mogstation items somewhat regularly, anywhere from once a month to a few times a month. I think the longest I've waited for a delivery was a few hours, usually it's there within 10 minutes. maybe server congestion affects delivery times idk.

Bought the Nezha Chariot yesterday and still have not received it over 24 hours later. Kind of infuriating considering this is a digital product that should take no time to deliver at all. It is the first purchase I have made since I started playing FFXIV, but if this is how this goes, I will not likely be purchasing anything again.

account wide items can take more than 24 hours to get to you. but if you're going to be impatient and petulant about it, have fun never buying anything again. you do you.

SE has just announced Online Store/Mogstation maintenance within the next few days so maybe they're making adjustments due to the increase in traffic to try and reduce the logjam in the Moogle Delivery System.

Either way, this happened a few months ago as well when SE did a sale and added new items, it's just congestion (too many people buying items/redeeming preorder codes at the same time), so give it a few days and things should settle down.

The Moogles are a notoriously lazy bunch, they'll get to it when they feel like it (and have a few naps along the way.)
