FC PhoenixArise Recruiting

Hey all I am looking at trying to grow my FC. It is rank 30, company house in the goblet. We are a friendly social FC. We are looking for new to veteran players. We enjoy doing group activities and helping our members. I am having some difficulties trying to find the best way to grow the FC. I don't like the spam shout or spam invite method I have seen so many times. Anyone have some suggestions? We also have a discord server. Please let me know if anyone is interested in joining.
