Had an issue with some toxicity with a certain player. GM Elppaenipeia responded to my ticket within 30 minutes, and was very helpful and prompt. I appreciate Square Enix's stance against toxic gameplay, and Elppaenipeia is a great example of a GM looking out for the community. Thank you again =D
