I never received a confirmation email about the ticket I put in. Is there a way to check on the status of a Case/Ticket?
Copies of each support request and their replies are kept in
/supportdesk
History tab
Though the system sometimes doesn't load history properly. If you don't see anything there, it might just not be loading. If you see previous support requests but not the one you most recently submitted, you might not have submitted it.
in my experience, they took 24 hrs to reply without counting holidays nor weekends. There will be automatic response and then you will have to wait for someone to reply back to you. That is why I never close the window/tab that has the ticket number lol. I tried calling them but that can take you over 1 hour before you get to talk to someone. If you can wait for at least 1 hour then give them a call
