Feed back for Gm Ranisseile

I would like to thank GM Ranisseile for how fast and professional his or her response was to the report that I have filed. In all of times playing MMO this got to be the first time ever i seen such thing happen. I knew FF14 have very strict community guideline against certain in game actions, but i did not expect they would handle single report with such care. Definitively a pleasant surprise. Again, thank you very much GM Ranisseile for handling my report and please keep up the good work.
