FFXIV used to freeze in dungeons and raids but after i tried to reinstall the game it started to crash without any error code and i have to restart my pc to launch the game. after a few more runs i get the same problem i tried everything i could think of but nothing worked.

Are you able to provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
