Lv. 45 Fisher Quest Misleading Wording Issue

The quest I Believe Fish Can Fly, is a Fisher level 45 quest. In this quest Firminnant tells you that cloud cutters can be found in the Sea of Clouds. The problem with this is: Sea of Clouds fishing spots require at least level 50 and Cloudfishing skill which requires a subsequent quest at level 53 to unlock; impossible for a level 45 player doing this quest.

It was only after some research from external sources I discovered that cloud cutters can be caught in Coerthas Central Highlands (Base game) with Skyfishing (Lv. 45).

Unless I am missing something here, I suggest changing the quest and conversation texts to point players towards fishing in Coerthas Central Highlands for cloud cutters instead of Sea of Clouds where it is impossible for players, at level 45, to fish there at all.

The fishing location itself (the hole) is actually called the Sea of Clouds.
