My issue is pretty much in the title lol
I have Control + Numbers and Control + E for my third hotbar but for some reason Control+Q is the only one I can't use while I'm moving. I have Chain Stratagem assigned to that and it's kind of annoying to have to stop moving everytime I want to use it. Is there anyway to fix this?
