Ame-no-Habakiri

Since Zenos decided to discard it in favor of a new edgelord weapon for Endwalker, do you think Samurai will be able to obtain it in 6.x?

What's more I also hope we get a broken version of it lol, but I can't expect that when we didn't get a damaged version of the House Fortemps Kite Shield.

I've been wanting this sword since it first appeared in SB. I don't care how they explain that it was reforged or its sister blade found, just give it to SAMs please.

I'd prefer Bradamante for DRG, but Ame no Habakiri for SAM would be cool as well. I'd like the Legatus' gear available one day, maybe as PvP gear, or relic gear or something. Just like they've done with the Judges from XII in Bozja.

Maybe you can get a glamour of it, or you can pick up the pieces and reforge it, but I think that you won't get it infused with the hundreds of years of built up kami's power like when it was in Zenos' possession. I'm guessing that when Zenos broke it, the Kami's blessing or power or aether escaped.

While it's possible we could get a katana that looks kinda like it, I think it's highly unlikely that we'll actually get that specific weapon.

When it comes to NPC gear, have we ever gotten it as a quest reward in game? I may be missing one but I think they all go on Mogstation. (I'm not advocating for Mogstation, just not remembering them appearing in game.)

But to your question, it would be nice if they'd give it to us. I'd take it a step further and request a full suite of weapons for all jobs done in the same style as the sword.

I think just Thancred's Rogue bandanna from HW, which we get in SB. Not his full set though.

Maybe Anima will turn out to be the soul of the broken Ame-no-Habakiri, in a similar fashion to our Anima weapons from Heavensward.
