Loggin Error/SE Account page

I have posted in another post but I would like to post another since I have found a new problem with the SE account web page,

Me and a friend are experiencing problem logging into ff14 and the Sqaure Enix account management page. when we try and log in we get this message.

and the SE Account management we get a "The server at secure.square-enix.com is taking too long to respond." message

Our internet provider is O2 and 8mb speed we have not found any problems with our internet connection is working fine. The game we can live without for a while but not getting SE management system has us concerned. please any fed back would be very welcome.
