I was trying to do the quests for Gridania's Grand Company last night, but ran into a problem. Flullke was showing two quests for me to pickup called Imperial Devices and Their finest Hour. I have accepted Imperial Devices, but cannot seem to accept the second one. I'm level 29 CNJ, so I'm the proper level. Is there something I'm missing?
Is that the one where, when you try to pick it up, he says that you need some item of some sort (sorry, I can't be more descriptive, as I'm aligned with the Maelstrom)?
If that's the one, then you'll need to successfully apply for promotion 4 times before you can actually do the quest.
Ive been told that I have to do a GC quest for each of the other nations before Fullke will give me more quests. So hopefully that'll fix my problem, if anyone knows whether this is true or not plz let me know :)
If you try to flag it and they say something along the lines of "We need you to do espionage for us in the other companies first", then yeah, that's why. You'll need to do the 5 non-dungeon quests for each GC before you can join up with one permanently.
