Howdy!
I've returned after a long hiatus and am wondering about when Balmung is good for making a new character? Or transferring one to Balmung?
I keep trying to transfer one off Mateus, to Balmung, but keep getting a 'not eligible' error. I figured Balmung being such a high population server would have to do with it.
You might have to wait a long time for that, Balmung is way overpopulated and rarely open for new characters.
I think it took me at least 2 months of waiting when I decided to make an alt on there (I might have missed some openings during that time but it was locked every time I checked).
Balmung opens up fairly often now. I recommend trying sometime very late night/early morning, or right as the servers go live after a maintenance. Have you met all the other requirements for a transfer?
