old unique gear quest rewards

Is there any way we can reclaim older expansion unique quest rewards, so we can use them for glam?

Yes.
The NPC you want is called the Calamity Salvager.
There's one in each of the 3 main cities: Limsa, Gridania, and Ul Dah. I don't know about the other two, but in Limsa they're in the Aft Castle near the post moogle.

Looks like the one in Gridania is near the Amphitheater (and the post moogle).

And the one in Ul'dah is on the Steps of Thal in the Milvaneth Sacrarium.

And you can even add one to your house (that NPC is called the Journeyman Salvager).

He don't have quest unique gear items, at least not the blue qua ones you get from the 2.3 and 2.4 msq. Like the Evenstar Coat.

Evenstar? Isnt that the old lv50 ilvl110 gear?
If so then i believe you can buy it from the Hunter npc in your Grand company for Hunting seals.

If an item have a notable sell price then it's from a vendor, else it's either crafted or salvager.

Not all blue gear you get from quests are "unique gear items". That particular set is a former tomestone gearset. The Calamity Salvagers will sell you gear that is only obtainable from quests, such as the Lv45 job gear. If you want the Evenstar gear, you'll need to collect some Allied seals from ARR hunts so you can buy them from the Hunt Billmaster in your GC. Obsolete tomestone gear from expansions can be obtained from the corresponding hunt vendors for those expansions.

As Hausti said, those aren't actually unique quest rewards but can be purchased from your GC Hunt Billmaster with allied seals.

There are also lookalike craftable models in a different colour scheme at level 60 that you can buy from the marketboard or from the shop node in Azys Lla.

Seeing this old gear really takes you back, doesnt it?
So nostalgic...

I just wish I could re-purchase my dated gear I stupidly tossed.

in addition, the models were reused for a crafted set in Heavensward, the level 60 Chimerical Felt set, and are dyeable
