Request: Option to change quest dialogue font type

I'd really like there to be an option to change and adjust the font used for NPC dialogue boxes. Something about the default font can make it sometimes difficult for me to read accurately. It just seems odd to me that there are no options for this given the other accessibility options FFXIV has.

In a perfect world I would like to be able to just use any windows installed font so that I could use the Lexend font. Even just a few to pick between would be nice though!

In addition, the ability to change the font and background color of the dialogue box would be very helpful.
