Hello, Im new on "Housing".
My friends and I want to buy a new house, and we heard that today there are demolitions.
Every time the counter reaches 0:00:00 it put back to 6:00:00 -> "New devaluation"
When can we buy a new house ?

PD : Everytime whe try to buy 1 house it says " This plot of land is not yet ready for purchase " Maybe we are doing something wrong but we fulfill all the requirements that we have read.

This game sucks at selling houses. When the plot opens up, there's a hidden, random timer that prevents new buyers from purchasing it until it expires. You have to either camp the sign until you CAN buy it or wait 12-24 hours and see what's left (if anything) to buy.
Whoever designed the housing acquisition in this game is a sadist.

What is camping?
Camping is the only way to claim a house for a player or FC that does not currently have one.
Any open plot is subject to a timer that is both hidden and randomized to the second. When you attempt to purchase a plot you will likely be given the message [I*"This plot is not yet available for purchase."[/I] You must then re-attempt your purchase, at which point the message will present again, or be replaced by "You purchase the deed to plot ## ward ##.” The plot will allow itself to be purchased after 0-22 hours have passed. No indication that the plot can be purchased will be given, it will simply allow the next person who clicks it to buy. Relocators, whether players or FCs, are not subject to this timer.
It is admittedly complicated to purchase a house so for 1st time buyers don't be choosy since its easy to relocate in the future to a more desired plot, don't stay clicking 1 placard for too long, possibly 5 to 10 mins, then port to another ward just move around.
Frankly, risk violating the TOS and somehow involve yourself in the RMT market -- or wait until the next major housing drop, which might well be 6.1!
