There is a rock in Plot 44 in Shirogane that sort of obstructs the view of my house. Sometimes when I teleport to this plot, My character will be all zoomed in, and it is because of the rock's position in relation to my house. Have they ever fixed objects in housing districts before, or will this just be something I have to get used to? Thank you for reading in Advance.

They've made some little changes in the past, most notably in the Goblet, but they haven't touched them much. It was stated at some point that they would look into improving some of the other wards aesthetically, but they have yet to do so.
You probably will have to make do. That being said I did log in one day to my goblet house to see I now had views of a roman bath so anything is possible.
They only change they've made to the older housing wards that I know of is to accommodate for swimming areas, and while for the most part it was simply a matter of removing invisible walls (and I think adding water gazebos in Lavender Beds?) the Goblet had its area entirely renovated to bring it more up to par with the other wards. I don't imagine that they will remove objects on a smaller scale like that, though that isn't to say that it won't ever happen. I've always been curious as to what they're thinking when they arrange plots, because I've seen plenty of other instances where houses have arbitrary yet seemingly deliberate inconveniences like that. I feel Lavender Beds is a particularly egregious example in that the waterside plots are positioned facing away from the water, or having huge rock barriers blocking the view. It's all down to a matter of taste of course but maybe it's to keep a "balance" from plots being too good?
You might look on the bright side though, if someone with a Paissa house moves into the plot in front of you, that rock might give you some protection for your eyes.
honestly they didn't even change the goblet all that much aside from making the baths in the middle swimmable and changing that weird gazebo island into a swim-up bar
mist and lavender beds was pretty much just making the water features swimmable
Other than that they just added some npc's to liven them up a bit.
Kugane was after the swimming update so it didn't need changes
Definitely wouldn't get my hopes up about boulder removal though. I would imagine a lot of people in that plot see it as a feature rather than a bug
Most lb houses are surrounded by random shaped ugly boulder, I hope they remove them too
I had that plot for a long while and never really had that issue as I play with my camera at more of a top down angle behind me, usually fully zoomed out. The boulder is something I considered a feature though as it allowed a lot more privacy from the front than it would if there was otherwise. It's definitely something you'll just have to get used to, and I'm sure it depends on how you naturally have your camera.
