Any Oceanic/GMT +8/9/10 players/ FC's on Famrit?

Hi all,
I am new to Ffxiv.
Being honestly clueless and just clickety clicking I joined Famrit. Joined an FC with some really nice peeps on it during my morning sessions but when night time comes the place is a ghost town.

Are there any GMT +9 FC's out there?

I am trying to stop myself from being gated from content or having huge waiting times for duties in later levels. Is it reasonable to expect that late game and static groups will be accessible at my timezone? Would I be better off finding a more timezone friendly server?
