Daily Hunting Log Unlock Requirements Need Adjusting

The daily hunting log is a pretty sizable chunk of experience available to you every day, but the unlock requirements for it are...kinda stupid. As it stands, all expansion daily hunting log unlocks are gated behind having the ARR ones unlocked. No big deal if your character has been around since ARR, but new players or new characters that are boosted via MSQ skips very often don't have them unlocked, due to the rank requirement of Second Lieutenant in your Grand Company.

Two solutions to this - either make story skips automatically set you to second lieutenant (the better of the two options, as that also unlocks expert delivery and immediately lets players begin doing squadron activities) or completely divorce GC rank from the ARR hunt unlock. It's incredibly irritating to have to slog through all the GC ranks on a new character in order to unlock Shadowbringers daily hunts.
