Anyone interested in a fixed light party zero to 80 playthrough? (Now for real)

I made a topic just to know the general thoughts about this before. Not seriously considering it until someone showed interest.

Well, since then I got 2 people interested and committed. Which leaves 1 spot open.

So what in the seven hells am I talking about:

We're trying to get together a light party sized group to play together with alts two nights a week from the beginning all the way to endgame content (long-term goal). We are all aware the MSQ has forced solo duties and we don't see each other during cutscenes but that's fine, as one of the members wants to stream it and we will be watching cutscenes in sync anyway... Well, at least the ones after the intro chapters.

So here are the catches/rules:
-> We will be using discord for voice chatting. And three of us will also be reading unvoiced dialogue for the streams. Or four if you're up for it.
-> One of us (me) is not a native English speaker, so you may or may not notice some accent and word tripping.
-> We're going to take every content synced. Including raids, even if that means needing to practice and wipe.
-> Adding to the above we're not going to rush content. Keep your "main" character(s) active because at 2 nights a week and not skipping cutscenes we will take a long time to progress.
-> MSQ isn't the only goal, of course. Once the group is fully formed we will talk about what side content we could do. For now I can only say raids and trials are in.
-> No help from your lv80 friend/main FC or your own higher lv alts for anything other than filling spots for full-party content/FATEs

We already have 1 tank and 1 dps. I can be either a healer or dps, depending on what the fourth person prefers.

What we're still going to discuss together, privately, and I'm not going to be elaborating here since the other two don't visit the forums:
-Crafter/gatherer leveling, will it happen, if so how?
-Exact nights of the week we will do this
-Which NA Datacenter and world to choose (this is why I couldn't pick a sub-forum)
-What to do about the extra 4 needed for 8p content (probably just recruit in-game)
-How much do we care to do party-focused FATEs (personally I care but eh)

If anyone is up for this, we can exchange discord and talk in the group made specifically for this. Just let me know.

Just keep in mind that there is always a risk someone might decide to give up when it comes to committing to playing in group like this or at the very least there may be times when we can't continue due unexpected IRL events.
If you're not prepared for that risk, I wouldn't advise joining.


To reiterate so this is very clear:
This is meant to be a slow paced journey where we play together for sake of playing together while streaming. It's not about efficiency. Keep your main.

If you're not really able to join but still want to give friendly suggestions go ahead.
