Client Installer Not Working

I got a new Pc this week and I finally got around to downloading this game. I have Windows 10 and every time I attempt to install the game; I can't get past the Select Languages and Regions bit. Every time I attempt to press accept the window just flickers for a little bit before nothing happens.

I've tried to run it as Admin, Turning off my Firewalls and Virus Security, deleting and redownloading the Game Client installer, and any variation of the three.

Any help or incite would be really appreciated.

Were any updates or changes made to the PC? Additionally are you attempting to install the game from the official download link or the Steam version?
