A couple of days ago I got scammed in a housing trade with a player. He scammed me out of 50mill gill after agreeing to a contract to the trade.

Fast forward to today, This GM contacted me and he was able to at least get a portion of my gill back. At this point, I will take anything! It was swift and easy and he was very kind, understanding, and courteous.

I thank you again for all your hard work and warning anyone if you were to trade a housing trade, or any trade with a player no matter what. Please PLEASE PLEASE! Type a contract in chat and make them agree just as a safety precaution! It worked for me and could work for you if you were ever in a situation like mine! They have access to chat logs! MUST MUST MUST do it in IN game chat!
