I'm having lag issues on and off whilst playing with my character on Tonberry. The issue does not seem to effect my character on Leviathan(Primal NA Datacentre). I have performed the necessary checks and changes on the Internet Explorer browser, my firewall and have reset my router to no avail.
Assistance would be appreciated.

Are you connected directly to the router? Additionally, have you tried port forwarding? If not please try the following:
Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that they have been opened:
▼TCP
54992 through 54994,
55006 through 55007,
55021 through 55040
Your ISP can open these ports for you.
