Looking to Organize my FC a bit... Better?

So my FC is nice and smol. I like it that way. Our members are fairly tight knit, it has a less a giant machine feel and more of a familial feel. Very nice vibe. We get some content done and whatnot, and we're pretty chill with that.

All that said, I'm looking to actually start adding some structure (after having talked it over with the members, and they're all on board with it) it it, and not really sure where to start.

I mean, a company charter, rules, proper ranking and chest access, all that stuff is a given, but like, how that do? Rules is basically "Don't be a Dick," but that's kind of nebulous. Charter at least for me is "Kill Primals (except Shiva, she's cool), Kill Imperials." Company calendar of events would read something like this:
Wednesday Night: Drain the blood of a chicken
Thursday Night: Bathe in said blood
Friday Night is poker night, of course (five points to anyone that gets that reference--also it's a joke about the chickenblood thing)

TL;DR-I thought it'd be a good idea to structure my FC a bit more like an FC, so we can do things as an FC other than have an FC chat and buffs, and I realize I have no bloody sodding clue what in the Wide World of Sports I'm doing.
