about the localization of the skill names of bosses between clients

Hello, I'm using E client but I'm playing mana DC because of distance problem.
So I often have to play the game with Japanese using J client. Sometimes I have problems that communication because the skill names used by the bosses are different. What I want is not the unification of skill names using Chinese characters like '堕獄絶技(sundered sky, in e11s)'. I want you to unify the skill names of J client which using Katakana and the skill names of E client.
For example, in e12s, the skill name 'obliteration' in E client has been translated from 'メレフィキウム' in J client. And I searched yesterday and found that 'メレフィキウム' is the Latin word 'maleficium'. 'Obliteration' and 'maleficium' are pronounced differently, so when Japanese used that Katakana, I had trouble communicating with them because I didn't know what skill name that was. If it was translated as 'maleficium' in the E client, I would not have suffered such difficulties.
In order to solve this communication problem between J&E clients, I would like the skill name using Katakana to be translated directly. Or it would be nice if the bosses' skill names were added to auto-translator.

+) I found that in e12n, there are also maleficium and obliterarion. I think the translation is wrong. Maleficium is raid-wide AoE, and obliteration is adds' first straight-line AoE.

While the former likely won't happen, the latter could be cool, if at least while it's current if too many terms is an issue
