Right now this is how the schedule is setup, what's strange is that Rarefied Amber Cloves shares a timer with Tungsten Ore. When it would be wise to move one of them to 6 AM/6 PM. Thanks.

2 o’clock is when you use hi cordial
6 o’clock is when you return to City States for turn ins/retainers/break

This pattern existed for yellow scrips prior to the change during Stormblood and Shadowbringers so it’s unlikely this was a mistake.
