Will Vurigi's Game Bug end FF14 game play for me?? HELP!!

I've been playing FF14 for a month and a half and have run into a bug in Yurigi's Game where the 3rd hiding child in the Waking Sands lobby is not visible. This is a MSQ so it has blocked me from forwarding the overall game. After over a week of emailing back and forth over my bug report, this was Square's response "Based on your description, we have found that your reported concern is not in error and working as designed."

They did not offer to fix it and told me to talk to other players for ideas. What??!!
If no one on here has a possible solution, I may very sadly have to leave the game. How is it a tech monster of a game can't fix this??

They should be in the entrance, not the lobby. Around X:11.8 Y:13.8

After talking with my fiance about it (who literally just did this on an alt while I was at work). She tells me there wasn't even a kid there for her. She found her 3 at:
X:13.1 Y:13.5
X:12.5 Y:14.8 (top of building)
X:13.3 Y:14.6
There are apparently a couple of different places they can all spawn and I think this source has the full list of possibilities.
