Outdoor furnishing causes many items to go missing at the same time.

Area and coordinates: Lavender Beds plot 11. the furthest left-hand side of the plot.
Housing: Lupin Plot
Steps:
1. Placed Lupin Plot down.
2. Doesn't see Lupin Plot where I placed it. so I tried clicking it via the Outdoor furnishing item list.
3. An error occurs when I click it, Says something similar to " Cannot because the item is not in my line of sight."
4. Using the Outdoor Furnishing menu, I tried using one of the options to remove the Lupin Plot so It can be returned to my inventory.

I had my Inventory opened at that time. The moment I click remove I notice a large number of my items suddenly go missing. I had tried logging out and sorting my inventory in hopes of fixing this but it would seem like 37 of my items were gone for good.. This included 4 Phials of my fantasia, some other mog station related costumes and fashion from the game. a large number of my materia and gear. I have tried to contact the In-game GM. He had recommended me I make a report here since he is unable to help me with recovering my items.
Please help me, This issue had been a sudden shock to me, I'm very devastated. I'm not sure If I can continue playing or If I should stop until this issue is resolved. Since it has to do with my inventory I am concerned with getting extra loot worry that it might affect.
