This is just out of curiosity since this has confounded me since its introduction. Why do we have red pomace, blue pomace and then... mountain pomace? Why is it not called yellow pomace? I don't believe the kanji is the same to assume it's a literal translation so I'm wondering if it there is a narrative reason behind it that simply escapes me.
