it pretty good in all elemental for deal with the beastmen peace is often hard road to travel with all party involve at fault. even for the beastmen and non beastmens. i do like how in the weapons they take issue of empire cruelity to less races it show how the Garalen are divide on they view of people are some Xenophobic of other think they selves are supreme this problem a by product of ascians rule over them they view rubbed off on them. i won't be suprise if Gaius end up rule the Garelens

I doubt Gaius wants to rule over Garleans as he's just making amends, though I suppose it's an easy way to make Garlemald as another allied nation with an established leader.
