Idk if it's official or not, but I think it's gonna come out with another possible new hairstyle? Totally not even sure, but it's not yet a thing (if it even will be?). So...it may be fake, may not be?

I quite like the hairstyle contest one. I noticed that the Sharlayan one is listed but no name for the other one. I hope its not fake we really need more :)

The other one will surely be from the Relic quest, again... needs some extra bait after all xD

They are in Garlondtools database right? Probably will be released in the next patch.

If you notice, there's another Alphinaud outfit there as well, so maybe (hopefully not though) it will be tied to its purchase in the Mogstation.

Bleh. Both hairstyles are uninteresting.

The hairstyles are still locked for both Viera/Hroth
But they look cute :)
