Steps:
1. Finished Corpses Groom (lvl 50 BLM)
2. No Quest Appears for continuation
3. Searches online for next step
4. Only savage snakes quest available at Balan
5. Finished Savage Snakes
6. Nightmare's End does not appear.
7. Restart Game - still no quest (did this twice)
8. Palace of the Dead completed (went back to see if this was the issue)
9. Balan does not give quest (After palace of dead is completed)
