add GC to city ather please

Can we get GC added to the city ather pass please. Kinda makes sense since they are run by the GC's.

ather passes are bought at free will so i cant imagine this would be a problem with the anti-anima activist(or as i call them "AAA") since this is the best example of "if you don't want it don't use/buy it".

edit: also add airship plazas to the city ather pass.

I wouldn't mind if they added them as a separate purchase either, could keep things interesting.

would like this to, would also like item locations in parentheses as well such as Drowning Wench (Adventures Guild), would also be cool to have Airship plazas added.
