No option shows to choose a retainer class.

Hi.

None of my retainers show an option to choose a class.

I've tried looking through Character Configuration, System Configuration, and HUD Layout and haven't seen a setting I may have ticked. Submitted a ticket and they say get a hold of community.

I have the jobs at level 80.

Any ideas?

As a complete shot in the dark, have you completed the quest "An Ill-Conceived Venture" which is available in any one of the starter cities? This quest is what unlocks the function for retainers.

That was it. I had started the quest but never finished it. Thank you so, so, much. I was at my wits end.
