Screenshot Failed Error on one specific Hard Drive only affects FFXIV

Operating system: Windows 10
First Occurred: Patch 5.4

My FFXIV is installed on my SSD drive (C:) on my computer and I have a standard mechanical drive I use for larger storage (D:). Until Patch 5.4, this worked normally and now it just produces an error when saving a screenshot. The drive and folder are not being affected by Read-Only status as I am able save to the same folder on the hard drive on other programs, I have checked the hard drive for errors with no results. I have also given all FFXIV executable full admin permissions on my computer. However, if I change the folder to the C: drive or use an external hard drive, it will save as normal.

However, I do not want to constantly save screenshots to the SSD due to limited space.

Recently had this issue on 12/23/2020. I was able to save screenshots up till the maintenance on 12/22-12/23. I tried to create a new folder into my C: Drive and it will not work there. I have an external storage that it can save to.

I don't have limited space on my SSD
Also, did a chkdsk on command prompt and no bad sectors/blocks.

I'm having the same problem. After the patch the game wont allow me to take screenshots. I already tried moving the screenshot folder but no good.

Edit: I fixed mine by making a screenshot folder on the same SSD where the game is.. I would prefer using the other SSD since that's where I save all my pics, but I guess this is a good fix for now

My destination folder is on the same drive. I have tried changing the destination. I am running the Steam client and have checked that Steam is running as administrator. I don't have bad sectors/blocks. I had this issue once before and it solved after a system restart, but this time it has not solved it. Please help.
