I am currently unable to take screenshots. I searched for fixes. The main suggestion seemed to be changing where screen shots saved. I tried changing folders and saving to several different ones, and none of those options worked.
I hadn't logged in several weeks due to real life difficulties so I can't say exactly when this probably actually started.
Issue Resolved. My Antivirus Software was blocking FFXIV from writing to my documents section. It finally deigned to warn me that it was doing that.
