Ishgard Restoration Quests added to New Game +

Due to the update, I mistakenly rushed through the Ishgardian Restoration quests and while I read everything because I hate to miss story details, I later found out that the dialogue changes due to certain quests being completed or not. It bummed me out, to say the least, and I would really like it if Ishgard Restoration Quests were set up in New Game +, especially "The Brume Lifts", which is the quest that has the dialogue change that matters to me the most.

I understand that The Brume lifts starts a new part of the restoration efforts but I hope there would be some way to add it to New Game +. I also realize that it might be best to wait for the whole of the Ishgardian Restoration to be completed before adding them to NG+. I don't mind waiting, I rather wait a year and get it, than it never being implemented.

As to why it bummed me out? Well, my main is fine, as it's just me playing the game, while the alt who I rushed is more of a role-playing character (but not an "RP" RP character) that I've put a lot of thought into in regards to who she is and how she fits into the world, so the changed dialogue on her character matters much more to me than on my main. I tried contacting Support to see if they could unflag the quest, but they couldn't and directed me here and I hope that this is something that can be done in the future. (As for why I rushed, due to RP reasons, I really wanted the Alt to participate in the Ishgardian restoration efforts.)
