Missing Feast Season 17 Reward

Issue: My GM mail was full and I didn't realize it. As such, I never received my Season 17 feast reward (placed 65th). I'd appreciate it if someone can help me with this please, I'll make sure it won't happen again :(

I waited over 10 hours for it, cleared my mail, relogged multiple times and request mail and it hasn't come. I filed a GM ticked in game and they said to post here. I know it's my fault for not realizing this but I'd appreciate some help.
