GM Elppaenipeia helped me out with my ticket in a quick, efficient and excellent manner. Their help was top notch and I really appreciated the manner in which they conducted the entire conversation. I loved that especially at the end, it really brought back why we're all here. To explore and adventure in Eorzea! That touch really fell close to my heart in what I really hope for and expect out of this game. I can see it in the story that Square Enix has wrote, to the culture they have cultivated in their GMs. I appreciate the help and I look forward to our continued adventures in Eorzea.
