GM Feedback - Amathyphise

This is a separate feedback from one posted by another person approximately a week ago.

GM Amathyphise was a courteous, and prompt GM. They responded to a support ticket I had submitted only 15 minutes or so prior. They were kind, diligent in getting the facts related to the report, and very understanding of the situation. I can't convey enough that they were sensitive to the subject and proceeded in investigating it in as mature of a manner as possible. All around it was very positive interaction and I'm glad that FFXIV has such a GM helping out the user base.
