In Instance (Battle) Chat box is not a re-positional UI Element.

Hey there, while I'm sure some wouldn't consider this to be a bug per say, It is a lack of control that can take away from the Players experience of the game. I think the lack of this feature is a bug honestly.

For example, my partner has a bit of trouble with peripheral vision, and misses the popups from the in game battle chat. (UI elements were on the top portion of the screen, but as per her request, I moved them down to be more easily in her line of sight. but the in battle dialogue is out of peripheral sight and goes unnoticed, she is still relatively new to the game, and very focused on her newer rotation TBF)

We have tried multiple resolutions and monitors (Native 768p, 1080p as well as 1050p) the contrast of the current screen is far over par, but the issue is a limitation of the body.

because of this, has missed many in-battle queues from dialogue, and thus misses some important progression in the instances, or instructions / objective changes)

It would be fantastic if this element could be re-positional in UI Element settings.
