Hello! I recently got a PS5, and put FF14 over to it. However, it will not launch. I'll get the "connecting to Playstation Network" screen a few times in a row, and sometimes I'll get to the launcher with the crystal theme, but it just says "Final Fantasy 14" and loads nothing else. I can't seem to figure out the issue.

When trying to access the game, are you connected directly to the launcher? Additionally, what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?
